Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using BakeFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

BakeFlow provides software for managing orders, customers, products, and payments for small businesses. We offer the service "as is" and may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use BakeFlow. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You authorise us to charge your payment method on each billing date. All fees are exclusive of taxes. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

Transaction fees apply to payments processed through your storefront. Fee rates are shown on the pricing page and in your account settings.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Misrepresent your business or sell goods you are not authorised to sell
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
  • Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

6. Your data

You own your data. We do not sell it. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BakeFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
